Reynolds Associates were instructed by a workplace clothing distribution company to prepare a Photographic Schedule of Condition on a 68,000 sq ft industrial unit located in Rotherham in connection with their proposed occupation. The Schedule was produced to a high level of detail and within a short timescale in order to meet the Client’s proposed lease commencement date.
