We have strengthened our Sheffield Office with the appointment of a new Associate Director.
Garry Curtis joins Reynolds Associates from the University of Sheffield, where he worked for 3 years as the Principal Building Surveyor for Estates and Facilities Management.
Phil Reynolds, Managing Director, commented: “Garry joins us with over 12 years’ experience in the commercial property and Higher Education Sectors and is someone I know well from our time at Lambert Smith Hampton. As the market continues to recover and opportunities grow, the addition of Garry will strengthen the scope of services we currently offer to our clients and help further establish Reynolds Associates reputation within Sheffield and the wider regions”.
Working with clients across the region and beyond, Garry will be taking on instructions ranging from pre-acquisition and dilapidations advice through to contract administration and project management.
